This is a piece I did in Florida this winter. It was initially a different painting that never worked, so I sprayed it with Metallic Gold Spray paint. Then some black gouache over that, and multiple manipulations. Much of the color is a mixture of gouache and watercolors.

I’m still not sure if I’m totally satisfied with it. Will have to look at it again soon.
I see faces or masks everywhere. I hope you can find them. Once you see one you will see many more. Bring the painting to Grand Rapids and I will show you, love it, needs to have one face a little bit more emphasized to get the idea.
Oh, now that you mention it, I do to. There’s one that is in a good spot. Will work on it.
