Hello, I’m Merle Plagge, a retired physician now doing one of my favorite things in retirement–art–painting. It’s been an interesting journey so far. with advances coming in spurts and starts with plateaus between. I live in SW Michigan with Barbara, my wife–a longarm quilter, who with our daughter keeps her Millie humming. We have a very, very spoiled rotten chocolate lab. But she keeps us walking. She’s also a big protector in spite of her love for most people. We have three wonderful children, all grown and out on their own. Our daughter lives very close by us. The two boys live at opposite sides of the country.
