I've decided I need to post more often and will show some different paintings from the last year or so.
This first one is done entirely by spinning the paper and dropping fluid acrylics on it. It is the first one I did on my spinner that I cobbled together. It still works very well, and is fun to play with to see what comes out of it. The painting on the cover of my album, Watermedia Paintings, was started on the spinner. Of course lots of painting was done by hand afterwards.
is it hibiscus ?
sorry I really don't have too much of art sense … but I like it ! 🙂
No, it's supposed to represent a poinsettia.
ah figures… never seen a poinsettia, the reason why hibiscus struck my mind 😛
